Online filing of NOTAMs?

I know in the states they can file online but can we in Canada? Does anyone have the link if there is one?

I've having a hard time getting in touch with the people required and when I do since its a drone its not taken seriously basically put on hold while they file other ones.

I believe that if you file a SFOC it would be included into the NOTAM for the area you are in..
