Yes but... is it possible to solve this problem and download videos in my phone? It is easier...

I found the issue with the Mavic Air download like this to the iPhone. Mavic to phone will only download video in 720p or 1080p. However 2.7K and 4k fail. Error message says not H.264 format. Strange part is info on video says H.264 format. I tried different frame rates and of course that does not matter. You can try yourself change video rate and try to download to phone. Also changing from MPEG to MOV had no affect

I had the same problem with my Mavic Air can’t download H. 264 video. Here’s the fix. In the controller make sure it’s in video mode then tap the 3 lines below the record button . Go to video size arrow down to 1080p mine was factory set on 4K phones can’t handle that only 1080p. Just took care of the same issue on mine she I got it back from service
