Only Getting 960x640 Mavic 2 Pro

Here's the SD card in the computer
Sorry .. I don't recognise whatever it is that you are using to view the files.
Perhaps it's on an Apple device?
It appears that your viewing software doesn't recognise dng files, so isn't showing them.

No matter ... you need to use something else to see what's actually on your card, not just some of the files .... like the screenshot I showed earlier.

But I'll go back to my earlier question.
What's your photographic experience?
Do you really need to use dng files?
There's nothing wrong with the jpg files produced by DJI cameras.
They are all that most users would ever need.

Yeah, I've been doing photography for a while now, but still fairly new.
I've had no problems editing raw photos from my mirrorless.

I'm not getting anywhere with this.
If you want raw image files, they are there.
That you can see the 960 x 640 thumbnails shows this.
You just need to use some other file viewer to see them.

Have you tried to open them directly from Lightroom?

Yes, I imported them directly into Lightroom, and they stayed jpg and low-res.
I have a MacBook Pro.

I don't use Lightroom or Apple Mac computers, but you have the dng files there (but can't find them).
I'm not sure what you mean about importing to Lightroom if you cannot see the dng files.
It should be a very simple, plain vanilla issue, but I'll leave it for someone that understands how Apple computers work, because I'm just not getting through.

This is what you should be seeing on your Mac when you download the files from the SD Card out of the drone.

I use Windows....if in the Mac you search the SD card (all directories) for ".dng",you should find them. I use Windows File Explorer and it will find them.
