Optimum Fly App for mini 2

Like the title says; what is the last version of the fly app to include mini 2 fixes features or benefits.

Why not use the latest version of DJI Fly available in the DJI Downloads?

Or can you tell us more about the "features" you're trying to avoid?

For any drone: search the DJI site for the model release notes. That document lists drone features improved by consecutive firmware upgrades. It also lists the required FLY app version to take advantage of those upgrades.

Read through it to the point where all it states afterwards is "...fixed known issues and bugs..." - scroll back to the last page where it states the inclusion of new features or specific bug fixes, then note the FLY app version.

The last version built to serve a fully featured mini 2 is:

Android: v.1.4.2
iOS: v.1.4.3

You'll find that older version archived on APKmirror which you can download directly to your (android) screen device.

I have spent the last 30 minutes looking for any reference to release notes on the dji site with no luck. Does anyone know where this is information is?

Thanks for the replys.
I know dji isn't really forthcoming on what's new (especially when it's things like decreased range or satellites not being found or any of the other bugs the new releases seem to introduce).
Is there a link to what improvements, enhancements, bugs, issues etc each version of firmware and Fly app brought to the Mini 2?
There has to be an optimum combination for the Mini 2 and it would be nice if it's the latest versions but it usually isn't.
It seems foolish to update the Fly App if the only changes are for newer drones with the possibility of messing up the Mini 2 which so many updates have done.

DJI does provide release notes (linked above), but they are often vague, and I’m not confident they include all the changes made.

Which is why I posted in the forum. I'm hoping that USERS have a better definition of the releases than dji simply putting "bug fix".
My main reason is to find the "BUG INTRODUCTIONS' that each release seem to introduce, since of course these aren't included in the release notes.

It would be fascinating to see if anyone in the forum has compiled such detailed notes, and even more intriguing to learn how they uncovered details that DJI never disclosed.
