I have a suspicion when they say 'by payment sequence' that is code for you paid by Pay Pal. I paid simply with credit card and seem to be getting pushed to the end of the line.How did you pay for your goggles? PayPal or credit card? Or?
got my goggles - hookup was no probs at all (and they're great) , odd though as even with them off I now don't get an option in app to record video in 4k, have they done something in the app settings or introduced a bug there ? always shoot in 4k 30fps

Just curious, anybody else in TX that preordered in the first batch (May 24) and have received nada from DJI except maybe excuses like we can not tell you anything at this time (perchat). I AGREE_ DJI customer service and shipping SUCKS!I ordered on the 24th asap. They keep telling me it's shipping and is 90% ready to go. But, still no email or delivery.
This happened before to me also. I still have things in my DJI store orders that say "pending" and are months old
