Ortho Images Distorted

Running the DJI Ortho App resident on the Mavic 3E. Ortho seemed to execute normally. Camera feedback to controller was NORMAL. See attached image view page with pink/green smear and normal images. Finally abandoned the DJI app and configured same map in DroneDeploy. It executed normally with no pink/green images. Anyone have any idea what's going on here? First thought interference (but that should have shown on the feed back to my controller) or an issue transferring data to the sd card (but would expect the same problem running the DroneDeploy application.) Any/all help appreciated.

Sounds like a software issue. I would try a reset or contacting DJI support for advise

Try again to see if it happens consistently or was a one-off glitch.

Fields, thanks for the input. Did contact DJI and the local support ran out of ideas and has referred it to another team. Have not heard back at this writing.
Meta4, thanks; I did run it several times on site (changed sd cards, reformatted sd, updated firmware etc. to no avail); unfortunately the site is an hour drive so repeating there is not practical. I do plan to do a local ortho closer to home to see if it repeats. Will advise whatever solution is reached. (I'm guessing DJI will want to do a swap.)
