Panorama 360 stitching error

What is the best way to correct the stitching errors, like in the sea horizon of the attachment?
Is it even possible?

There are many threads with recommendations, I personally tend to use Microsoft ICE.

There is also Kolor Autopano Giga which reportedly produces much better stitching of panorama's than Microsoft ICE.

I use Kolor. Most comprehensive stitching software on the market. But not free
