Part 107 Airspace Waiver/Authorization in 0ft grid for period of time longer than 1 day LAANC enabled airport

Part 107. I need an Airspace Authorization in an area that is 0ft grid of a LAANC enabled airport for longer than 1 day. I really only need to fly in this area for 1 day but I don’t know the exact day yet and since further coordination request could take several days to be approved, if there is bad weather of the proposed day I’d have to make another request

I know you used to be able to do this but now when you put in the airport identifier in the drone zone application it says authorizations for LAANC enabled airports can only be for one day.

Anybody know how to get around this?

I did this a couple of months ago and had to apply for each day separately. I only needed 1 day but applied for six (Tue, Wed and Thu two weeks in a row) to account for TFRs and weather.

Go through the authorization process in DroneZone. The form only accepts a single date. But in the area in which you explain the nature of the mission, why you need to fly there, and, most importantly, your safety mitigations, state the date range you desire. This is what I have done and has it always been granted.

Thanks! This worked. I actually put one in yesterday exactly like that hoping this would work and a one month waiver has already been approved! FAA is on it today!
