Can someone tell me if a Part 107 Pilot can get permission to fly very close to an airport at night and in Class B airspace and if so how long that permission takes to get?

You need a waiver for flying in that specific class b airspace at night. Note that it must be a single waiver and not two waivers put together.

You need to apply for one then I’m gonna quote 3-12 months and I think it’s gonna be a hard one to get depending on how close we are talking and how high.

Flying at night isn’t hard and class b isn’t hard but both together is gonna be tricky.
