UPDATE: so my Temporary license was put on line on 1/31.. But still no sign of a permanent license.

Finally.. Airman Certificate has been issued.. passed the test on 1/28/2019. I received the Temporary Certificate on 1/31/2019, and the Certification showed up on line on 3/12/2019.
