Phantom 4 error? Help!

I tried a brand new sd card and formatted it.
I fly it, and I get it up in the air. The camera works but says strong interference.
Then the camera will give me the the error not transmitting signal. While the camera is on, I can see the camera on my app up in the air, but my phone won’t take a pic or video and the controller won’t let me record or take a pic?

What was it doing before?

I’m not sure if it’s a controller issue or a camera Gimbal issue?
I just recalibrated the Gimbal.
I don’t know much about drones so that’s why I’m asking before I spend a bunch of money guessing.

So when I go into my DJI APP and I go to reformat card, it says no sd card.
I just bought a new 32 gig 4K PNY card formatted it on my iMac.
I hope I did that right.
I wonder why it’s not registering that I have a card in the drone?

Which file system format did you use? If it was APFS or OS X Extended then the aircraft will not be able to read it.

Now I’m trying to update to the new firmware and it stops at 73% everytime and gives the code 0x022403.
I tried a different battery and pulled my sd card.
Still stops at 73%.
