Phantomrain post - Ohio flying conditions have been severe.

For the month of may we had 20 days of rain and over 20 Tornados that landed in the last 3 days near our home base..
These numbers are unpresented and we are still preparing for more severer weather to come.

All of the Tornados landed about 3 hours away from our home , although tornados are not common in our area , it is alarming that so many touched down.

So care full flying ! The storms did provide 5 days in a row of flying in the rain with the Mavic 2 and the Phantom 4 , many of those video have been posted.

In the last 2 years of flying in the rain, we have never had an opportunity to fly back to back for 5 days in some serious downpours

its a new achievement for the Phantom Rain Wet Suits both for Phantom and the Mavic Wet Suits.

And we in the pacific northWET have had much less rain than normal for May. Too dry and forest fires are predicted. Got an asbestos suit? (g)

Also form Ohio, and between work and rain, I have not had many opps to fly. But at least we have the forum! ?
