Pictures are not showing up on my crystal sky

I took pictures tonight I have a couple of bald eagles and they are not on my crystal sky there on my SD card in my Mavic 2 zoom. Does anybody have an idea why they didn't show up on my crystal sky monitor much help would be appreciated thank you.

Check your preferences once you have the CS and the bird powered on to set the location to save photos and vids.
Personally I prefer th card in my drone as the repository.
The pictures on your CS won’t show up if the drone is not connected in most cases.... and these are low res previews.
