If I register my Mavic Pro with the FAA do I need to also have a Drone pilot license before I fly?

If you're only flying for fun, you just need to register under Section 336 here and somehow mark your FAA registration number on the outside of your drone. A vinyl decal works well for labeling if you're looking for something that's durable and professional looking.

Thank you very much, I missed the name cuz of how I hold my phone and the small print. I think the black and white throw it off for me a little, maybe a depth thing. I had to go to DJI website to look and they had the white one up also, it actually helped
