Pinnacle Studio Ultimate 23

Does anybody use Pinnacle Studio Ultimate 23 software.
Will it handle D-log h265 codecs?
I am using Adobe Premier Elements 2019 and it doesn’t recognize the h265 format.
What other program will handle D-log without breaking the bank?

I think that DaVinci Resolve 16, free version, will handle it.

I use the Movavi Suite Editor and no problem.
