Playing video

hey all, just got a new mavic, and use it with an iPad 4 mini. Once I have downloaded the recorded video to my iPad, it won't play. Says incompatible. Pictures are no problem. Is this a mavic setting somewhere?

Try reformatting your SD card.

An iPad won't play all video formats the Mavic can record in. Use a computer or limit yourself to the sizes it can handle.
