Please help - Sport mode doesn't work/engage

hey everyone,

I just bought a mavic mini 2 and for some reason sport mode doesn't engage. I have been looking online for solutions or a couple of hours now and had no luck.
I have updated all firmware, the dji fly app etc and restarted everything multiple times and nothing.
I see a lot of people on forums and youtube saying to go into settings and enable either 'intelligent flight modes' and/or 'multiple flight modes'. I don't seem to have a button for either.

Also, does the mini 2 not have a follow me mode like my spark does?

As far as I'm aware, the Mini 2 does not have active tracking.
As for sport mode you only engage that whist flying, switching to it from normal mode. Have you tried that? Stay safe!

I noticed also that when you start the mini 2 drone even in sport mode it will start from the normal mode, so be sure it's in the normal mode when starting then switch over to sport mode??
