Hi guys,

I wonder if you might be able to help please.

I need to take some images for someone tomorrow, been sprung on me...

In the camera settings, is there a "portrait" setting anywhere, rather than landscape.

Cheers for any help,
Alex

You cannot take ‘portrait’ orientation pictures with the M2P like you could with the M1P.
In fact drones aren’t create for pictures of people as the field of view is so wide.
Best you can do it take a verticals Pano shot and get super close to your subject.

Hi guys,
Thanks for getting back to me, it is for a landscape shot, but the person wants it in portrait format, as that suits their wall.
I thought about just shooting wide, then crop in portrait, but it would have to be blown up 12x10.
Thanks for getting back to me.

Then just use the 'Verticle Pano' picture function. This take three vertical pictures than merges them together, so you don't loose any pixels - Which will be key, if youre blowing it up on canvas afterwards.
