Possible to remove the green dot post editing? I used Da Vinci Resolve to stabilise the video which worked well but hoping I can edit out the floating green dot.
Hoping not have to travel back to location and reshoot it.

The "green dot" appears to be lens flare. There are some techniques for reducing lens flare. There are a few tutorials online and they use variations of the following:

In the Color page of DaVinci Resolve, select the clip with the lens flare and go to the Color Wheels & Match section.

In the Color Wheels & Match section, increase the Gain of the RGB channel to decrease the intensity of the lens flare. You can also adjust the Color Wheels to change the color of the flare.

If the lens flare is still visible after adjusting the Gain and Color Wheels, you can try using the HSL qualifiers to isolate the flare and then use the Power Window to draw a mask around it.

In the Power Window, you can use the Color tab to adjust the color and intensity of the flare, or use the Opacity tab to reduce the visibility of the flare.

If the lens flare is still visible after adjusting the Power Window, you can try using the Clone Stamp or the Paint tools to manually remove the flare by painting over it with surrounding pixels.

Ah, the infamous filter reflection! If you used a neutral density filter, was it an inexpensive one? Higher quality ones have better coatings to reduce glare, but shooting anything towards the sun does it. You might be able to delete it using a smart editor (AI), I don’t think the free version of Resolve can do it but their paid version may - I’ll look around a bit more…

Embrace the flair! It’s just part of the art. Fixing it will look bad and you aren’t going to be able to avoid it even if you reshoot

I'm usually fine with a little flare. In your video, it's a bit jerky and is a bit distracting. That movement will make the removal challenging as you are chasing a moving target.
