Pouch, soft, semi soft case for M2P battery

For air travel, when the batteries (4 of them) are removed from the checked in luggage, what is the best case to carry them? For example, something like this:

The lipo bags are a good idea, FAA does not require them. You must carry them on in the US in general in some kind of bag/ case. I usually put them in my GoPro.

In the US, the requirement is only to take them as a carry-on item and ensure the battery terminals are protected. That means you could put the batteries in a LiPo bag (like the OP linked above), put them in a case/bag that has individual battery compartments, use battery terminal covers (like these), or even cover the terminals with a piece of tape.
