I realize this is a very speculative question, but I am curious what people think (or know based on experience) the practical remaining service life of the M2P/ Smart Controller combo is. Irrespective of the speculation on the M3 specs, tech, etc. How much longer do you think this is a viable platform in the US? I've had mine for two years, though I only put a few hours on it a month.

Thank you.

The Smart Controller has a few weaknesses and its holding on because of it ability to fly both Occusync 2 and 3 .
But I think if the Mavic 3 does not work with the SC , I think its fair to say that will end my love affair with the SC as we have been keeping an eye on the Triple Tek monitor as well as a Mini ipad with the M1 chip.

With that said I do think there is a really good chance the SC will work with the Mavic 3,

I am hoping for that as well. Just trying to figure out when I'll want/ need to make the jump to the M3. Especially given that I want to get an FPV soon first. **** expensive hobbies. At least I am letting one go soon - skiing.
