It's a PITA, I live next to Trump National Golf Club DC (The club is in Potomac Falls VA, about 14 miles west of DC). Every time the POTUS goes to his property (very often), it's a NFZ, roadblock and the Potomac River boat access is halted for one mile until he's gone. The only concession, seeing the motorcade, pass on by.
