Having to be 200' above private property seems extreme. 100-120' seems more appropriate.

Having to be 200' above private property seems extreme. 100-120' seems more appropriate.

It would probably make for clearer images of whats in and on the Private property...... If that's what you are looking for.
Otherwise the less noticeable, the better. Maybe 400'?
