Turn the drone to RC mode, put the drone and controller into bind mode and bind them. That should fix your problem.

I had an mavic air on the left arm of the antenna cable, but there was not an antenna itself, which unfortunately caused this problem in the production line and did not show up in the testing phase of this deviceDue to the environment without noise.
