Hi everyone,

The other day I crashed my Mavic air ! since then I have a message telling me to calibrate the sensors! I installed the DJI assistant 2 on my computer (window 10) after hours of trying to get to the window for the calibration (different problems (cannot press button calibrate now, screen format, reboot drone, white screen...) see photos attached) at one point I was able to get to the window calibration with the black dots but no red or green square are appearing ? Please help thank you

Are you running windows 8 or 10
My bad its 10. Windows 10 will block unsigned drivers. Dji does not sign all of their drivers. Just so happens some have to do with the vision drivers used in calibration. Best way to help, is to have you google ( how to install unsigned drivers in windows 10) but first uninstall dij assistant 2 software. Then follow the instructions on how to install unsigned drivers. Once you have done this reinstall dji assistant 2 it should come up with a screen asking if you want to install unsigned drivers sometime during the install answer yes. Once you are done run assistant again and see if that does not fix the problem.
Regards
