Problem downloading CSVView

I just tried downloading and installing CSVView but Windows and Norton both got excited and stopped this happening. A detailed warning came up about a Trojan problem and I somewhat got the wobbles about continuing. Can anyone else advise on this? Is it a common occurrence?

I don't mean to be flippant, but Norton coming up with an erroneous warning for almost any software is a common occurence. Windows also gets the willies over any application that isn't "signed" in their system ... but Norton is notorious for false flags.
