problem in camera focus

Hi everyone

I would need some advice.
I have drone Dji mavic pro for a few months ago I had an accident and I break the tape from the camera.
Im fixing the tape and everything work well only have a problem with focus when turning the camera

Have you tried it in daylight?
I can't imagine focus changing just because you turn
It looks more like a very slow shutter, giving a blurred effect when panning.

Yes it is better in daylight and how the sun shines. . . . How can I fix it and maybe the problem is with the tape
