Problem recording on dji go 4?

Greets: I am using the dpi go 4 app with Mavic Air. On occasion I am recording video or taking a photo and for some reason it doesn't end up saved to my dpi app. For example a couple of days ago I took a pano photo and could see it as it was being taken live, but for some reason it is not anywhere to be found. What am I doing wrong? happens some times with the "auto videos" (forgot what they are called), like boomerang etc.
