Problem with custom button 2 on Mavic Air control

Although the custom button 2 (right side of control) worked when I first set up my mavic air for some reason it has stopped working. I set it up originally for camera function but have tried all the possible settings, with no luck it no longer works. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how can I fix the problem? Thanks in advance for your helpful input. JNNR

Is your device connecting to the remote ok? Are you using an Android?

Air craft connects to controller OK and yes I am using an Android which all other controls seem to work fine.
