Problem with the Mavic Pro lens sensor

I don't know who is in charge of RMAs but at sales, if you ask for Edward/Francis and tell them you need to speak to the manager, they will forward you. If they insist they can help you, then let them. If they fail, tell them they want the manager or you'll file a complaint against the rep you are speaking with. It usually works, and does get you somewhere. I don't know who the supervisor of the technical department is.

Good news this morning !
The service DJI in Holland informs me that it replaces the nacelle / camera set of the Mavic Pro !
Two to three days announced for repair and testing and then redirected to France.
Ordered on 18th February, received on 3rd March, two consignments in SAV, it is time that it returns me so that I can finally test i t!
Better late than never !
