Hi. People seem to forget that the Mavic probably has a better camera on-board than what we were used to 10 years ago for mainstream video. Personally I don't see an issue using it for commercial productions, especially opening shots and or cutaways.

Hello Mavic Users! I'm relatively new to drones. Just picked the Mavic Pro up about a month ago and learning. I have a 5k display and with very few tweaks it's set to revolutionize my shooting. I've been a pro for over 27 years and this advancement in both portability and abilities is a game changer. Honestly I was shooting with a 100k camera when the 5DMark ii came out and this decimated expensive camera makers. I think the Mavic Pro is similar because it has a sweet spot in both price/ability and portability. From what i see on a 5k display this is a pro rig that fits in nicely. When I need to have a rig that has lens specific needs I'll move up but right now as I'm learning and from what I see, the quality is there.
