Propeller/Motor Malfunction

I have contacted DJI, because it wouldn't let me post on the forum.

Any suggestions on what to do now?
I'm probably just going to buy a replacement, and sell the old controller!

I am sorry about your loss of your drone [emoji853]
I had a similar problem once. My propeller was spinning too fast and I almost crashed my drone. But was able to save it. And then the first time I went to fly my second new drone. The motor was a little stuck at first.
But I hope you can get another drone very soon.
I wish you well and hopefully soon you will be back to flying again.[emoji106]Good luck and God bless

Can you pm one of the moderators?
I think there is also a "contact us" section in the site.

Aside from that if you get another mavic mini I would keep the old controller as a backup, if nothing else it cod be used when the other controller's battery is low.

Unfortunately, I'm not made of money, and I am hoping to get a bit of money from the controller, to fund getting the new one. I got it on a good deal 3 WEEKS AGO for £200. And now they are about £300 (probably because of the restriction/lack of restrictions on the MM)

Crash video can be confusing.
The data shows that the drone never rolled more than 73° to one side.
But the gimbal gets hung up when the drone rolls further than it can counteract and the view from the camera's perspective is what causes the confusion.
Looking like a camera becomes detached. Or over rotates some how.
