Does "Care Refresh" cover broken propellers? I just spoken with a DJI rep from India who said no, but their websites states the opposite.

From what I've seen on this forum if you send your Mavic in for Care Refresh they'll replace your propellers, and it seems like they throw a few extra ones in there too. But if that's the only thing broken you wouldn't want to use Care Refresh to get propellers.. You only get 2 refresh's and you'd be paying more for the refresh than for some new propellers by themselves.

I think that just means that the new one they send you as a replacement will have new propellers on it. You wouldn't just send in broken props to be replaced because of the hefty deductible.

That may be the confusion of the rep you spoke with - he might be thinking that you plan on using Refresh only to replace broken propellers while the rest of the AC is fine.
