Apparently, there is a proposed law that would give local municipalities or states jurisdiction of 200' & below of the NAS. They could restrict drone flight in areas of choice.

Once again! Sheesh, too bad we can’t hold a fly in at the Capitol Building and the National Mall maybe then they would get the idea that the FAA and not State and Local governments control the NAS. There are more important things to write our Congressional leaders about (like kicking Elon Musk to Mars).
