After my hand injury, I started getting PRP injections to speed the healing process. The PA who told me about it was also getting over a hand injury. Within 2 weeks of his injury, his hand was almost healed. I couldnt believe my eyes. Now, after a couple of weeks, it has worked incredibly well for me.

Has anyone else had these shots and how did they work for you?

In extreme cases side effects may include mild nausea, passing out and dizziness.

Never had them , but have considered them versus cortisone shots for lower back ache. I have chosen Pilates over any injections.

Yeah you gotta be careful on the reformer. They can actually hurt you unless you heed the training provided by the instructor. I am fortunate though as the I get private sessions in a home gym setting. The instructor is my girlfriends aunt. :)
