No, not as is.
Your Eachine are like the DJI goggles, just a normal screen. To achieve full field of view VR headsets use one screen with ultrawide lenses in front, each eye sees half of the screen, and that requires the picture to be duplicated and "deformed" to compensate for the lens' distorsion. That requires a computer and specific processing.
It may work with an app like Litchi that can create such an image, but no guarantee it's shaped properly for the PSVR. Not sure if the PSVR actually even accept to turn on if not connected to a PS4, some do require the data connection and software communication before they will do a thing...
