Question about Naza connectivity

Hi all, hopefully someone here can help me out.
I appreciate this is a Mavic site predominantly and I do own a Mavic hence being a member on here..

But.. I'm also looking to recalibrate my phantom vision 2 plus imu, but no matter what I try Naza simply won't recognise a connection with my phantom when I plug in the USB. It's driving me insane please help!
