Quick battery life test

Did a quick battery life test of my Mini 5 using the EXTENDED PLUS battery. Conditions: light wind,
50 degree temp, partly cloudy. Settings: 4k@30, Normal mode, video recording on but obstacle
avoidance OFF. Just flew around in circles using cruise control at about 300ft alt. Results:
From 96% to 8% battery...25 minutes and 41 seconds. MEH. I will repeat the test using an older Mini 4 Pro Plus battery.

Don't complain, the Mavic 4 Pro doesn't get much better! DJI really heighten expectations with their numbers.

Grecian 2000 will make you look 20 years younger. Oil of Ulay will get rid of your wrinkles. Lynx body spray will make you irresistible to women. DJI batteries will give you a 45 minute flight time.

DJI spell out the way they come up with their Max Flight Times.
The problem is that people ignore the details.
Battery 96% to 8%, climbing to around 300 ft and circling at unknown speed in unknown winds is not the same as ..
Measured by the aircraft flying forward at a constant speed of 25.2 kph in a windless environment at sea level, with Obstacle Avoidance Action set to Brake, in photo mode, until forced landing due to low voltage.
