quick shot modes not working on smart controller

I'm new with mavic 2 pro and smart controller and i'm having some issues ( or i did not in the right way) trying to launch quick shots , i did everything to start a quick shot , select the quick shot , frame around the object but no response , if someone have a time to explain me ( if possible ) the step by step how to perform those quick shot i'll be appreciate it , thanks all

I had the same issue. Once you "box out "the subject, you press on the green box you just made to start it.
