In the lst month when I try to download quickshots in my phone (ios) the app freeze with the message downloading and then force closes. I use a mavic air and iphone device. The app worked perfectly until last month. I deleted cache, reset the drone, refresh firmware (it s the latest and cannot be downgraded), delete and reinstall the app, tried on android device, tried on other ios device, still the same issue. i don t know what to do, maybe you Could you help me with some advice?
