Hey guys,
So I’m a DJI select member and have a mavic 2 dual as well as a mini 2. So the other day I went to fly my mini 2. All of sudden a screen popped up and said “Thank you for being a select member, as such we invite you to participate in some concept development. If you have time please complete questions “
The question that followed where all focused on a device too attach to the mini 2 so it would become legal to fly over people and cars. But apparently will cause flight time down to 12-14min. Also asked how Likely I would be to buy it. Did anyone else answer any of these questions about this?

Apparently, all that's going to be required with the new rules is that you use propellor guards when you fly over people. Not sure what kind of "device" DJI was referring to. I declined to take the survey. Not sure if the option to take it will pop up again or not.

My thoughts are something pretty close to that but I found it interesting DJI was making it them selves instead of a aftermarket company
