Rattly Button

Hey guys, long time lurker, 1st time poster. The video button on my controller has gone a bit rattly, it's been getting a bit looser over time, but thought nothing of it til the other day, has anyone else had a similar experience? I cant see any reports of it. It's never been dropped, always been in the bag when not in use. I have a case open with DJI, however im reluctant to send it in as it's in mint condition, and worried i'll get a used / refurb unit back. Other than the rattle, it works perfectly.

That button rattles on my Mavic Pro, Mavic Air, and Spark remote controllers. I'm assuming that's the norm since it's happening on at least four random remote controllers.

As bad as it sounds, that's good to hear, I dont recall it doing it when new, but then I guess I just wanted to get out and fly, so didnt pay much attention to it perhaps? Thanks for your reply!

I didn't even realize that button rattled on my remote controls until I saw your post and started shaking them. All of the buttons are a little different on my remote controllers. The Mavic Air remote controller rattles a little more than the two.
