Hi,
Im a bit confused.
I have watched tutorials how to shoot HDR with mavic 2 pro and saw how to set fileformat to RAW

But when i want to set it on my phone, the selection is greyed out (for HDR) and only JPG is possible...

What am i doing wrong?
Thanks

Either you select the HDR mode which is JPG only and the HDR image is made by the aircraft itself, or you set it to RAW, take multiple shots and merge them to HDR yourself later using appropriate software.

Your phone does not support RAW files. Download to your computer and open it with Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar application for processing RAW files.

Also remember that RAW has considerably more dynamic range than JPG. I often get the dynamic range I want from RAW, without the need for HDR. I use Lightroom and drop the highlights and pull up the shadows from the RAW. With tools like Lightroom, you can selectively do this to parts of the image (gradient filters or spot tools). HDR is more brute force, but still has a place when the dynamic range is severe.
