RC and MA not linking, can someone help?

Hi, I wonder if someone can tell me where I am going wrong. MA flew fine yesterday but today it wont passed the "Enter Device" page. When I try to connect via WIFI following the instructions about the 4 seconds beep still no good. I then tried the QR code, still no good. I then tried wired connection still no connection, dialogue box stated that linking failed. I notice on the WIFI connections that the MA is listed as "connected, no internet". I am at a bit of a loss, anyone can help gratefully received. Thanks

You may need to rebind MA to controller. Just google how to rebind mavic Air. DJI has video with details. Good luck

If you want to use the remote controller, you cannot use the Wi-Fi connection. Try relinking the remote controller to the aircraft like this:

That's normal since the aircraft's Wi-Fi network is not connected to the Internet.
