RC for the mini 3 pro, is it loud?

I'm about to change over from an Air 2 to a mini 3 pro. I like the idea of a dedicated controller rather than using my phone, but I've heard that the controller is quite loud and doesn't have attenuation. Is this true?

You can cut the volume down. Only thing maybe I have heard is homepoint is set and when you power it up. Maybe some beeps
if you are to close to something if you have that setting on but you
can control volume.

Haven’t tryed the mute option yet.

I hear very little from my controller. I want it a bit louder but didn’t know how to do it. Too bad there isn’t a button to pull down the hidden control screen.

Yeah OMM had to tell me to pull down from the top of the screen to find it.

I wrote about this in another thread, but I bought a screen shade for the DJI RC but the area to pull down is so thin that I ended up having to shave down the shade that came to the top of the screen as it blocked my finger from accessing the pull-down menu though the shade didn't actually cover it. It just interfered with my finger touching that oh-so-skinny part of the frame that gets pulled down. Even without the screen shade I often don't get the pull-down menu down on the first try. They could have made the area a bit wider, no?

Lots of little "Easter Eggs" in that pull-down window that no one wouldn't look for intuitively.
