Rc Helicopter recommendations

Before I bought a HELI I would buy a GEPRC Cinelog! I have a few and they are the best drones I ever owned, and I have plenty of Drones.... Mine are a blast! I have wrecked the heck out of them...They are easy to fix, and just a blast to fly!
You just need to learn to fly Acro.

I loved flying in manual with my P2 and P3. I wish that was still an option with the quads I have!
I used to fly my old p2 in manual mode all the time! How did you get your p3 to fly in manual mode?

The P2 had 2 selectable manual modes on the RC, regular Atti mode and the insane manual mode (forget the name) where even the left stick had to be controlled continuously to maintain prop speed and altitude. The P3 had a selectable Atti mode on the RC where it would hold altitude and hover but not use GPS and would drift in the wind meaning you had to manually, maintain position in the wind. Both also had full GPS mode.

Ok, thanks, I thought you said you got the p3 into full acro mode! I flew the p2 in acro (or manual) alot before I sold it but miss that mode on the p3s I now fly.;)Thumbswayup

So I bit the bullet and ordered this one from Amazon. Flywing EC135.

Great choice! Plenty of helpful videos online to help you get started, and don't forget you can use a simulator to get familiar with the controls. Even though the controls might do the same things as a drone, it still takes time to get used to flying a helicopter.
Good luck, and safe flying!

YEP I may just give one a try someday if they are getting easier to fly and learn thats for sure I was amazed when I saw my first RC plane Auto-land BUT this beats that hands down..Too much weight for the park here but it would probably fair better at the flying field anyways.

Well this one should arrive on the 14th. So I'll report back on how it handles after that! 😀
