RC Pro Enterprise upgrade to 02.00.0407 stuck at 3%

The firmware update to 02.00.0407 has been at 3% for a few hours now, this is the first time I've had an issue like this. What would my next steps be?

Use DJI Assistant 2 and try again.

Connect to a different gateway if available or to the front end of gateway. I had same problem with my ASUS AX1100 and switched to the TMobile modem directly instead of router and worked fine.
