RC PRO FIRMWARE update keeps failing

No matter what i do, the firmware updates for v03.01.700 keeps failing.



I currently have v03.01.400

i have tried via wifi on its own and through assitant on my mac

There seems to actually be another one past the .700

Home wi-fi?
I've found that I can't use my home wi-fi to download anything directly from DJI. Apparently my ISP is blocking DJI portal. I can connect with my Verizon hot spot with no problems.

i can download just fine...it fails while updating the device.
