RC says flight records full upload

Well I've tried everything that was said here when I did a search and nothing works. Maybe I'm just to dumb but I just cant seem to get the flight records to upload. Now if I try to fly a box pops up in the middle of my screen saying filght records full upload, and I can't fky. any help here please

I got this message today just before flying the mini 3 pro. Got home, and uploaded flight details, do I need to clear anything on the RC now? I have done a bit of searching but cant find out much. Any ideas?
