Reader/compass

Hi Guys, How can I display the rader/compass in the bottom left corner of the controller ?
I have seen it displayed on some you tube vids.

try touching and semi-opening/partially-enlarging the map and then one of the corner icons, that works for me with the mini 2.

You don't have to enlarge it unless you have fat fingers as it can be done from the minimized map by tapping the lower right of it and vice verser to get back to the map, there is actually an icon displaying this option if you look

How do we set it so it boots up with compass view? i can change it each flight but i want to keep it as standard for bootup.
